Why would you?
Twitter’s Terms of Service do not ban adult content:
We may, but HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
Porn stars have just as much right as anybody else to Twitter, and I follow several of my favorite porn stars on Twitter.
If a profile is linking to something illegal (child porn, bestiality, etc.), you have a right to report it; otherwise, ignore it.
Why would you feel the need to report a porn profile on twitter? If you don’t like it then don’t follow the person or company. Porn stars have every right to be on twitter. Just like you do. Unless they are posting unlawful things then leave them alone.
